Notice of Special Congregational Meeting
A special congregational meeting has been called for Sunday July 14th. This meeting will be held in the Sanctuary, immediately following Worship service. Any active member can participate in the meeting and vote. There is NO proxy voting allowed. You must be present in order for your vote to be cast. We will be voting by paper ballot.
We will be voting on a single proposal. The proposal will be to accept two local churches as our tenants. Only the item listed in the meeting notice can be discussed. If other items are brought forward, they will be tabled for another meeting.

Representatives from St Paul’s will be here before the vote to answer your questions.
